Although the Percy Jackson movie was not a huge blockbuster in the United States, a loyal following of the Percy Jackson book series combined with strong international review from the movie are combining to fuel a Percy Jackson movie sequel.
“Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Sea of Monsters” is due to start filming this summer (2011). Scott Alexander and Larry Karaszewski are currently working on writing the script.
When will the Percy Jackson movie sequel be released? It is too early to know right now, but the Internet Movie Database is showing either 2012 or 2013.

YESSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I almost screamed with excitement when I saw this! I love Percy and would be overjoyed to see a sequel! Plus…I love Logan Lerman! 🙂

I’ve been waiting so long for this movie,but now it’s finally here!!! I have everything Percy Jackson, I’ve read every book from the new series and the old series. I can’t wait!!
a new movie coming out is Wrath of the Titans and Logn lerman is not in it and it is about gods and goddes and stuff like that and if you go to this site http://www.empiretheatres.com/movie/wrath-titans
